Is there any cost to place a vending machine at my location?
With our Revenue Share program there is no cost at all. For sites that need a custom product mix, subsidies or guaranteed service levels, we offer Full Service and Machine Rental plans with a fixed monthly fee.
What do you need from us at the site?
Just a flat floor space of about 1 x 1 m, a standard power outlet, and reasonable foot traffic. We handle the rest.
How fast can a machine be installed?
Typically within 7 working days after the site survey and agreement, depending on the machine type and quantity.
Can we choose which products are sold?
Yes. We recommend a product mix based on your audience, and you can request specific items, healthy options or local products.
What payment methods do the machines accept?
Cash, QRIS, major e-wallets, and debit/credit cards. For corporate programs we can also integrate employee ID cards and subsidy schemes.
What happens if a machine breaks down?
Our telemetry usually detects problems automatically. A technician is dispatched with a maximum response time of 24 hours in our service areas.
